Voz is a voice cloning and translation application that allows users to:

  • Record voice samples

  • Create personal voice clones

  • Translate and synthesize speech in multiple languages

  • Share translated voice recordings

  1. Voice Cloning Terms and Conditions

3.1 Permitted Use

  • You may only create voice clones of your own voice

  • You must have explicit permission to create or use voice clones of others

  • Voice clones may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Create voice clones of individuals without their explicit consent

  • Use voice clones for impersonation, fraud, or deception

  • Use the service to spread misinformation or create deepfakes

  • Attempt to bypass any technical limitations or security measures

  • Use voice clones to harass, abuse, or harm others

3.3 Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the voice cloning features

  • Users between 13-17 may use basic features with parental consent

  • Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App

3.4 Voice Rights and Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your original voice recordings

  • You grant us a limited license to process and store your voice data

Voice clones created through our service:

  • Cannot be transferred or sold to third parties

  • May not be used for commercial purposes without written permission

  • May be deleted by us if unused for 12+ months

3.5 Security Measures

We reserve the right to:

  • Require voice verification steps

  • Implement additional identity verification

  • Flag suspicious activity patterns

  • Limit the number of voice clones per user

  • Monitor usage patterns for abuse

3.6 User Responsibility

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nevermind llc and its affiliates from:

  • Claims arising from misuse of voice clones

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized voice cloning

  • Legal costs related to violation of these terms

  • Any third-party claims related to your use of the App

3.7 Geographic Restrictions

  • Service availability may be limited in certain jurisdictions

  • Users must comply with local laws regarding AI and voice synthesis

  • We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic location

3.8 Critical Use Restrictions

The App may not be used for:

  • Emergency communications

  • Mission-critical applications

  • Medical or life-safety purposes

  • Any situation where voice authentication is required

3.9 Service Level Expectations

  • Voice clone quality may vary based on sample quality

  • We do not guarantee 100% service availability

  • Processing times may vary based on system load

  • Features may be modified or removed based on technical

3.10 Abuse Prevention

  • Users must report suspected misuse of voice clones

  • We provide tools to report unauthorized voice cloning

  • We may share information with law enforcement when required

  • False reports may result in account termination

Users must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Share inappropriate or offensive content

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the service

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations

  • Remove voice clones or content that violates these Terms

  • Ban users who abuse the service

  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time

Premium subscription features, including voice cloning capabilities, are subject to:

  • Payment terms through Apple's App Store

  • RevenueCat subscription management

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranties that:

  • The service will meet your requirements

  • Any errors in the service will be corrected

  1. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use

  • Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services

  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content

  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
